Welcome. Here is how this template works
Eight short notes, in the order you will need them.

Pages
Home, About, Properties with detail pages, News with detail pages, Contact, Privacy and a 404 page. Two helper pages (this one and the style guide) can be deleted before launch.

Content
All property, news, team and FAQ content lives in the CMS collections Properties, News, Team and FAQ. Change an item, and every card and detail page follows.

Colors and type
Every color is a Color Style and every type size a Text Style with fixed steps for Desktop, Tablet and Phone. Edit the style, not single layers.

Breakpoints
Desktop from 1200 px, Tablet from 810 px, Phone below. Side margins are 40, 30 and 20 px. Sections run full width and the content follows the side margin.

Icons
One icon set: Hugeicons (MIT license), imported as SVG images. They do not follow a light or dark switch.

Images
Images are WebP files uploaded as Framer assets. Replace a photo in its CMS item or on the canvas and keep the crop.

Motion
Everything fades up once as it enters the screen, headlines line by line, numbers stay still. The navigation, footer and loader are components in the layout template Main Layout.

Before you publish
Replace the company details, the privacy text, the form target and the social links. Check fonts and licenses in the style guide.
Ready to launch?
Keep building directly in this remixed project.
You can replace the demo content, connect your CMS, update styles and components, and continue extending the template with Framer Agent, Claude, Codex, or your preferred tools.
When you’re ready to publish with your own domain or paid Framer features, upgrade this project rather than creating a separate copy.
Only duplicate the project if you genuinely need an additional version, experiment, or backup.

Quick launch checklist
Before publishing:
• Replace all demo copy and imagery
• Update links and CTA destinations
• Replace CMS demo content where applicable
• Update site title and SEO description
• Replace favicon and Open Graph image
• Connect your custom domain if needed
• Check desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts
• Test navigation and important buttons
• Remove any sections you do not need
• Keep working in this remixed project when upgrading your Framer plan
