How does a viewing work?
Choose a home, send us a request and we confirm a time within one working day. Viewings take about 45 minutes, and you can bring anyone you like.
Do you charge a fee to buyers?
No. Our fee is paid by the seller and agreed before a home is listed. Buyers only pay the usual legal and registration costs.
Can I rent a home with a long lease?
Yes. Most rentals start at twelve months, and some can be extended up to five years. Furnishing is available on request.
Do you help with financing?
We work with two local lenders and can introduce you. We do not give financial advice, but we can explain the process and the documents you will need.

Yes. Our architects take on a small number of new builds each year. We start with a site visit and a short written brief.
